Consultation

Our consultation gives us an opportunity to get to know the homeowner and to identify their goals and expectations.  We tour the home, room by room, to help the homeowner see each space as a buyer would.   As we evaluate the home’s best features and its challenges, we recommend a package to transform the property to a lifestyle that sells, and one the owner can also live with.
 

Home Organization and Clutter Elimination       

Unique to Hamptons Home Staging and Redesign, we educate homeowners to master organization through our “S-P-A-C-I-O-U-S” process.  Often times, we uncover functional, unused square footage, adding to the home’s value.  We encourage, but do not require, hands on participation in the process, to help clients understand how to continue living a richer life, whether their homes are for sale or not. 

Room Redesign

Every home possesses hidden assets revealed through room redesign. By rearranging existing furniture and accessories, we save time and money by transforming each space to highlight its strengths, and downplay its weaknesses.   Room redesign allows potential buyers to appreciate the home’s architecture and beauty that may have otherwise gone unnoticed.  

Recommend Investment Purchases and Shopping Service

We recommend the purchase of furniture and accessories to complete each space,
to present a dream lifestyle, buyers will want to call their own.  Clients may choose our home staging shopping service, or may make purchases on their own.
 

Curb Appeal Enhancement

Prevent a “drive by” disaster.  There’s only one chance to make a great first impression.  We help you enhance your entrance, and create curb appeal, so potential buyers or renters will want to see more.  

Vacant Home Staging

Vacant Home Staging is essential to providing buyers with an idea of a homes’ potential.  Since empty rooms actually appear smaller, furniture and accessories help define each room, giving buyers a point of reference to envision the space of each room. 

Summer Rental Staging

In this highly competitive rental market, we show you how to “dress your home
to impress”.  More than ever, rental properties must make a great first impression,
as there may not be an opportunity for a second chance.   

Referral and Coordination of Professionals

Painters, Electricians, Landscapers etc. may be needed to complete the home. 
Our referrals are reliable and insured.
 

Coordination with Realtors

Whether your home is a new listing or already on the market, we make sure your realtor has updated photos to best represent your transformed property.
 

Service Packages

Staging, Redesign and Organization Services, (1/2 day to 3 days) 

“S-P-A-C-I-O-U-S” Process

“SPACIOUS” takes de-cluttering and organizing to a whole new level.  This service is designed or those homes on “stuff overload”.  With the “S-P-A-C-I-O-U-S” process, we get behind those closed doors and into those cabinets to transform the home to a canvas ready for staging and redesign.    We educate the homeowner on the process and on how to keep it working in their everyday life.  We will even conduct a “tag” or “moving” sale to liquidate unwanted items, and create more space.  

*Depending on the homeowner’s needs, this option may be purchased even when the home is not on the market.  Sometimes we just need a “refresher” to make life more “spacious”.

The “S-P-A-C-I-O-U-S” process may be purchased separately or incorporated into our 1-3 day staging packages.   

Half-Day (3-4 hours)

This service is appropriate for homes that need a little extra attention and expertise.  Usually appropriate for 2-3 rooms, we work from an 8-step, “Feel Home” Action Plan to re-create the main living areas in your home.  We incorporate our own accessories to perfect each room, to give you an idea of what needs to be purchased.  Photos will be sent to your real estate agent to assist in their marketing efforts. 

Full-Day (7-8 hours)

The full day service works best for homes that need more attention or that require staging of 4 or more rooms.  We spend the entire day transforming your space to uncover the hidden “value” already existing in your home.   

Shopping Service

Together, we create a budget and decide which new furniture and accessories will make the best investments for the homes’ needs.  Often, the simplest purchases make the most lasting impressions.
